I’ve always loved cooking, but once I had to go gluten free, I focused on becoming a baker, as well. Most gluten free baked goods get a bad rap, and rightfully so. Naturally, I set out to make gluten free desserts that no one would believe are gluten free. My love of baking grew as my daughter Lucy became my kitchen helper. While I wore my newborn son in the baby carrier, Lucy and I spent hours weighing ingredients, stealing chocolate chips, and tasting dozens of cookies.
